The free MOTIV Mix Desktop App lets you upgrade any XLR mic with a customizable sound signature via Auto Level Mode, or configure DSP features like Limiter, Compressor and EQ via Manual Mode. A built-in headphone jack enables real-time monitoring of audio and playback with zero latency.

ShurePlus MOTIV™ Desktop
Access additional features and controls on your MV7 or MV88+ with the free ShurePlus MOTIV™ App for desktop. Adjust mic gain, monitor mix, EQ, limiter, compressor and more. MV7 users have the additional option of enabling Auto Level Mode; a ‘set it and forget it’ application for consistent recordings every time. MV88+ users can adjust their pick-up pattern to suit their recording application. <br> <br> <p>We will be ending our support for ShurePlus MOTIV Desktop App from <strong>31st May 2025</strong> onwards and it will be replaced by the <a href="https://www.shure.com/products/software/motiv-mix">MOTIV Mix™ Desktop app</a>. Users are advised to download MOTIV Mix to ensure access to latest Shure software features and firmware updates for your MOTIV microphones.<br /> *We recommend uninstalling the ShurePlus MOTIV Desktop App before downloading MOTIV Mix to ensure a smooth transition to the new software.</p>
